But that’s the trap: PA only auto-recounts at ≤0.5% (≈35,171 votes in 2024), candidates can’t request one, and voters have just 5 days after county certification to file. Philadelphia is one county; add Allegheny, Erie, and others and you’re in the tens of thousands—stacked against Trump’s reported 120,206 statewide margin.

Kamala Harris won the 2024 election. Period.
I am not saying this as a wish or a theory, but because the receipts prove it: purged voters, rejected ballots, bomb threats, broken machines, ghost votes, manipulated reporting. Every path leads to the same outcome: she had the votes. She won.
I am angry is an understatement. There should be a word that captures rage, betrayal, disillusionment, and heartbreak in one syllable. I didn’t just lose faith in a system—I watched democracy collapse in real time. They didn’t just steal power from Harris; they stole it from me, from you, from anyone who thought this country was still a democracy.
The only way Trump took power again was by CHEATING, POINT BLANK. Governors, senators, courts, and media who were supposed to stop it did absolutely nothing. They knew. They stayed silent. Our government failed in real time.
This isn't speculation—it's arithmetic. When you:
1. Purge 4.7 million voters (disproportionately Black and young). [1][9]
2. Reject 13,127 valid ballots in Philadelphia alone over envelope dates. [2][3]
3. Detect 29,000-225,000 unnatural votes in Pennsylvania, per Dr. Mebane's forensic analysis. [5]
YOU’RE NOT “WINNING AN ELECTION” — YOU’RE EXECUTING A COUP.
And now? Now they're finally raising alarms for the 2026 midterms. But where were they when Harris's win was buried under ghost ballots and purged rolls in 2024?
Gavin’s Fire for 2026, Silence for 2024.
Recently, Gavin Newsom issued a fiery warning about Texas redistricting, saying:
“Donald Trump asks for 5 seats and Greg Abbott automatically bends the knee. The 2026 election is being rigged. California won’t sit back and watch this happen.” [7]
But here's the hypocrisy: no fair 2026 midterm election can happen while the 2024 election theft remains unchallenged.
Where was this fire when the machines failed, bomb threats shut down polling stations, and the count flipped overnight in Pennsylvania and Michigan? [10] Where was this energy when over 4.7 million voters were purged—many in swing states? [1][9] Where was Gavin when Smart Elections and Election Truth Alliance sounded the alarm months ago? [6][8]
He’s fighting hard for the next election—but when it comes to 2024, he’s either obtuse or refusing to look too closely. Maybe because California wasn’t a swing state. Maybe because calling it out would break the narrative. Either way, the silence is deafening.
And now we’re the ones being labeled “insurrectionists” or “conspiracy theorists” for stating what Newsom himself is finally admitting just not about 2024. That’s the insanity. The true insurrectionist is the one sitting in the Oval Office, not the people sounding the alarm.

Pennsylvania: Epicenter of the Theft
In the Real Story, Part 2, I called Pennsylvania
“Ground Zero for Electoral Manipulation” [20]
If one state epitomizes the 2024 election heist, it was Pennsylvania. This was the swing state that many believe ultimately tipped the electoral college and it did so under a heavy cloud of irregularities and obstructions.
Philadelphia tells the story. Harris captured 78.57% of the vote there, compared to Trump’s 19.94%. That margin should have locked down the state. [4] Biden carried Philadelphia with ~81% in 2020 and won Pennsylvania; Harris was right in line with those numbers in 2024. [4]
Yet somehow Pennsylvania went to Trump. Really?
From the city’s own records: 13,127 mail ballots were rejected in Philadelphia during the 2024 general election. These weren’t fraudulent votes; they were legitimate ballots tossed for trivial clerical issues like a missing handwritten date or an unsealed secrecy envelope. Thousands of voters lost their voice because of meaningless technicalities. Most were older voters and communities of color. [2][3] That’s not fraud prevention. That’s disenfranchisement.
Dr. Walter Mebane’s statistical forensics screamed fraud. His analysis flagged between 29,000 and 225,000 manipulated votes in Pennsylvania. Even at the low end, that’s enough to swing the state. Narrowing in on three counties—Philadelphia, Allegheny, and Erie—he identified ~29,000 votes that don’t behave like real ballots. In academic language, he called it
“malevolent distortions of electors’ intentions.”
In plain English: SOMEONE RIGGED PENNSYLVANIA.[5]
On top of all this, Election Day bomb threats hit those same counties. Polling locations in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Erie were disrupted, forcing evacuations and delays. [10] The chaos didn’t just inconvenience voters — it thinned turnout right where Harris’s base was strongest.
And here’s the choke point that locked it in. According to Verified Voting’s Nov. 7, 2024 audit/recount summary [12]:
Automatic recounts: Only triggered if margin ≤ 0.5%.
Candidate-requested recounts: Not allowed. Only voters can request one, within 5 days of county certification.
Completion deadline: Nov. 26 for automatic recounts. No fixed deadline for voter-initiated recounts, but the request window slams shut in days.
Audits: Pennsylvania requires two—(1) 2% or 2,000 ballots across all contests, and (2) a Risk-Limiting Audit of one statewide contest. Both must be done before certification. Neither is binding on the outcome.
Pennsylvania’s system wasn’t designed for accuracy but for finality. Automatic recounts only trigger at ≤0.5% (≈35,171 votes in 2024). Candidates can’t even request one. Only individual voters can file, and they have 5 days after county certification—an impossible standard to mobilize statewide. Philadelphia’s 13,127 rejected ballots are just one county; add Allegheny, Erie, and others and the total climbs fast. Harris didn’t “lose” because the voters weren’t there; she “lost” because the rules slammed the door on questioning the outcome. Who cares if the results were accurate—as long as they were certified on time. That’s the trap.
And it gave Shapiro all the cover he needed. He stonewalled efforts to examine the results. Election Truth Alliance requested hand recounts, ballot inspections, and even petitioned for a meeting with Secretary of State Al Schmidt. [6] Instead of answers, they got stone silence—no commitment to transparency, despite glaring anomalies.
That’s the catch-22. Shapiro could hide behind the “rules,” but those rules were written to protect finality, not truth. Deadlines closed before anomalies could be examined. Audits existed, but with no teeth. Transparency requests went unanswered.
These failures weren’t random. The certification system itself was riddled with conflicts, propped up by Pro V&V and shielded by shadow money networks. Leonard Leo’s Marble Freedom Trust, enriched by the $1.65 billion Tripp Lite sale, funneled resources into the same web of influence that protected flawed machines instead of exposing them. [8][13]
Pennsylvania didn’t just experience irregularities—it epitomized every tactic in the sabotage playbook. The presidency was delivered to Trump under a cloud of illegitimacy, locked in by paperwork and the calendar.
Unanswered Letters, Unopened Ballots, Unchecked Power
Pennsylvania showed us the template: legitimate ballots tossed, forensic anomalies ignored, recount laws designed to expire before the truth can surface. Watchdogs sent letters, citizens demanded audits, and experts raised alarms. The response? Silence. Ballots unopened. Power unchecked.
That silence wasn’t neutrality—it was complicity. Governors, senators, courts, and media all played their part. They wanted the storm to pass, so they refused to name it. By refusing to confront 2024, they normalized the illegitimate president in the Oval Office. That inversion of reality is how coups cement themselves in history books.
Pennsylvania was the epicenter, but it wasn’t the whole story. The same fingerprints appeared in other swing states—bomb threats in Michigan, ghost ballots in Wisconsin, purges in Georgia, AI-driven anomalies in Nevada and North Carolina. That’s why Pennsylvania breathes here, as the example that makes the machinery of the coup visible.
The other states will get their own deep dive in Part 5, where we’ll lay out the impossible math of North Carolina, the statistical “Russian Tail” in Nevada, and the coordinated manipulation across Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona.
The theft of 2024 wasn’t an isolated crime scene. It was a coordinated, multi-state operation. Pennsylvania shows the playbook. Part 5 will show how the playbook spread nationwide.
The Lawsuits the Media Won’t Cover
And yes—lawsuits are happening right now. [11] But unless you’re digging into court filings, you’d never know—they’re barely covered, and when they are, they’re treated like isolated skirmishes instead of the systemic fight they are.
That blackout is deliberate. Because if the public realized how much was being contested, they might start questioning why the theft of 2024 wasn’t part of the docket too.
The Illusion of Reconciliation: Why We Can’t “Move On”
Some Democrats say: let’s focus on “saving democracy” in 2026. Let’s just turn out more voters.
NO. THAT’S NOT A SOLUTION.
This isn’t about higher turnout or fighting gerrymandering. If the infrastructure is rigged and the referees are on the take, it doesn’t matter how many people show up. That’s how they want it—a permanent illusion of choice.
After Bush v. Gore in 2000, Congress gave us HAVA—the Help America Vote Act—which paved the way for these same broken machines. If we don’t confront 2024, we’ll get more fake reforms and even more election theft down the line.
This isn’t about relitigating the past. It’s about stopping the next theft before it happens again.

The Fight Doesn’t Wait for Permission
This isn’t a mystery. It’s not a theory. The truth is right in front of us.
While This Will Hold doubles down on whistleblowers’ supposed “NSA audit” [14] my case doesn’t depend on speculation. The receipts are already there: purges, rejected ballots, ECO 1188, drop-off anomalies.
The fucking core truth doesn’t come from whistleblowers but from receipts: BALLOTS NEVER COUNTED, VOTERS SILENCED, TOTALS MANIPULATED OR DIGITALLY OVERRIDDEN BY AI-DRIVEN GHOST VOTES EMBEDDED IN MACHINES WE WERE TOLD TO TRUST.
“THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN.”
Harris said so herself in her first post-election interview, and she’s not fighting for it. That leaves us. [15]

Author’s Note (October 2025 Update):
After this piece was published in August, I received a copy of a May 21, 2025 letter from the Pennsylvania Department of State responding to the Election Truth Alliance. The Department rejects ETA’s concerns and defends the 2024 results as “free, fair, safe, and secure.” Their letter cites logic and accuracy testing, a 2% statistical recount, and a statewide risk-limiting audit as evidence of election integrity.
Including this letter matters for transparency. It represents the official state position. But it also underscores the problem: Pennsylvania continues to rely on the same limited, pre-digital safeguards that were never designed to detect data-level manipulation. In an era of AI interference and uncertified machine updates, these old assurances amount to auditing a lock after the keys have already been copied.

I saw a video of GCN within the past week - sadly I can't remember where. But he seriously seemed to be hinting around at this - not strong hinting, but not weak either. He was basically saying "Don't give up. Sometimes an issue is being addressed in the background." I observed my own reaction to determine if my conclusion that he was possibly talking about 2024 seemed stupid. I did not feel as if I was wish casting, but who the hell knows anymore?
I've written to Pritzker twice since July. My Governor gets stuff done. I suggested that he assign a staffer to explore + report back to him. I included links for ETA and Smart. I'm doing what I can, but it never seems enough. This is after writing to Duckworth 2x, and my Rep 1x. I refuse to sit on my hands, and like everyone, I badly NEED to hear something specific from these people. I hope that others from my state and the good folks from other blue states are on this. Anyway, Shapiro and Pritzker have been informed that WE know and will continue to look for answers.
There's something possibly promising going on...and I hope 2024 is a big part of it. Apparently the Democratic Governors Assoc. is meeting regularly (more than once or twice a week) with state AGs and other legal resources. They're using Signal, and have been keeping this effort very quiet since February. They split into smaller committees to tackle the mountain of problems - a divide and conquer approach.

I was surprised about that poll saying that 41% of Ds think the election was stolen. This news was brought to Jeffries on camera about 10 days ago. I thought he was caught off guard by the reporter. I hated his party line retort (we're not election deniers) just as he escaped the room. I was surprised that the 41% was that high. Does that mean we're making a difference? Or am I just not seeing the level of awareness? I don't travel in R circles. Dems I've known for years are mostly complacent, while actually being pretty well informed in a general sense. I'm all for healthy skeptics, and find this curious and so disappointing.
